Effect of Mannitol combination of Nimodipine on cerebral hemodynamic parameters change in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the effect of Mannitol combination of Nimodipine on cerebral hemodynamic parameters change in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HIH),and to provide a reference for clinical.Methods In our hospital,131 cases of HIH patients were divided into two groups,the traditional mannitol conventional treatment was used in 65 patients of the comparison group,and the treatment of the observation group(66 cases) combined Nimodipine on the basis of the control group.The changes of cerebral hemodynamic parameters was assessed in two groups before and after the treatment.Results Cerebral hemodynamic parameters were significantly improved in the observation group after treatment(P 0.05).The average blood flow did not improve significantly in the control group after treatment(P 0.05).Compared with the comparison group,the differences was statistically significant(P 0.05) when mean blood flow velocity,peripheral resistance,critical pressure,hematoma volume,edema area and the European Stroke Scale(ESS) score were tested in observation group.Conclusion It is significant what is nimodipine improvement of cerebral hemodynamic parameters,and it has more advantage when mannitol combined with nimodipine,what is worthy of clinical and further research.
