Abstract

Objectives To discuss the new therapeutic effect of Mifepristone in combination with Misoprostol for medical abortion. Methods 100 early pregnancy were selected and divided random into the study group and the control group. In the study group(50 pregnancy) was given Misoprostol after medical abortion, repeated every 3h, altogether three times. In the control group, Misoprostol was not given.Results The vaginal bleeding amount (time)of the study group was shorter than the control group(P0.01). Conclusions Mifepristone in combination with Misoprostol for medical abortion can make the vaginal bleeding amount shorter. The method is worth spreading to use in clinic.
