Observation of curative effect of astragalus membranaceus injection together with hypoglycemic agent on diabetic microalbuminuria

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of astragalus membranaceus injection on the treatment of diabetic microalbuminuria,Methods 132 patients with diabetic microalbuminuria were randomly devided into two groups. Treatment group received astragalus membranaceus injection 30 ml intravenously qd in addition to routine treatment . Control group received routine treatment only. The patients were treated for 14 days. Results After treatment in treatment group FBG、MBP、uria albumin and blood β2-MG decreased (P0.01),urine β2-MG decreased (P0.05).The curative effect was significantly superior to that in control group . Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus injection is effective in treating two types of microalbuminuria diabetes mellitus.
