Observation of recent curative effect of astragalus membranaceus injection on diagetic nephropathy

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of astragalus membranaceus injection on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅳ.Methods Fifty eight patients with diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅳ were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group received astragalus membranaceus injection 30ml intravenously qd in addition to routine treatment.Control group received routine treatment only.The patients were treated for twenty eight days(two course of treatment).Results After treatment in treatment group proteinuria decreased(P0.01),blood albumin increased and LDL,TG,TC decreased(P0.05).The curative effect was significantly superior to that in control group.Conclusion Astragalus membranceus injection is effective in treating diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅳ.
