The Status Quo and requirements about the Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
In order to promote the higher vocational education, we must require our teaching staff who have rich knowledge and are also teachers of high ability and quality. At present, some problems exist, such as, the teachers' knowledge becoming outdated and narrow, with low technical ability . So, it is the key of promoting the higher vocational education to strengthen the construction of the teaching staffs' specialization and internationalization.
