Research on Improving Teachers' Quality and Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational College

The article analyzes the staff construction in higher vocational colleges,the improving of teachers' quality and the aim,content and measures of improving their teaching ability.It argues that the main content of teachers' quality and ability improvement should be to perfect teaching staff's structure and to create favorable developing environment.The government should regulate the construction of training center for higher vocational teachers,improving relevant laws,strengthening financial and other imputs.The colleges should on one hand guide the teachers to update their educational concept,on the other improve the administration.
