Abstract
The development of rural women's talents is an important social system engineering.At present,talent resources in China haven't been fully developed,and its potential is still large.Especially,the main force of rural labor force are women,to which attention is importan to scientific development of the rural economy.The paper focuses on rural women talents,analyzes their current situation and existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
