Abstract
It is difficult to simply put MRPⅡ or JIT or TOC into practice for cellular manufacturing of some product. This paper proposes a integrated production planning and controlling model, which integrates a MRPⅡ production planning system and JIT production controlling system based on TOC,considering the factors on resource constrains of manufacturing cell and order inserting. This model can be employed to produces the production planning schedule according to the demand forecast of markets and the pull of JIT production and the APS simulation plans, and to carry out the track control of production process by means of CRP and Kanban system and simulation system. The model is of great importance to implement the production process rapidly and effectively.
