Abstract
An integrated idea was presented from the basic point of MRPⅡ, JIT and TOC. An integrated production planning controlling model was proposed, which integrated a push production planning system dominated by the MRPⅡ and a pull production controlling system dominated by the JIT based on the TOC. Aiming at getting maximal utility of bottleneck resources, this model can be applied to optimize adjustment for the production plan dynamically according to demand forecasting of the market and pulling of JIT producing, actualizes double control in producing process in terms of outsourcing procurement plan, supplier's ability, and Kanban system.
