Abstract
This paper proposes an integrated production planning and controlling model, which integrates a push production planning system dominated by MRPⅡ and a pull production controlling system dominated by JIT based on TOC. Aiming at getting maximal utility of bottleneck resources, the model can be employed to optimize and adjust production plans dynamically according to the demand forecast of markets and the pull of JIT production, and to carry out double control of production processes by means of outsourcing procurement plans, supplier's ability plans and Kanban systems.
