Abstract

This paper introduces the basic concept of JIT (Just In Time) production mode and traditional production mode, and identifies their different characteristics, analyzes on the application of JIT production mode in the production planning and controlling, and probes into the measures for the production planning and controlling under the condition that the order forms are increasing or decreasing from time to time.
