Clinical research of the invigorating kidney,clearing and activating blood decoction combined with glucosides of tripterygium wilfordii piece in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of the invigorating kidney,clearing and activating blood decoction combined with glucosides of tripterygium wilfordii piece in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 66 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into three groups,each group of 22 cases;the control group was given western medicine routine therapy,the patients of group A on the basis of control group were given tripterygium wilfordii piece for treatment,group B were given the invigorating kidney,clearing and activating blood decoction for treatment on the basis of group A;the patients of three groups before and after treatment for the blood of β-micro globulin(β-MG),24 hour quantitative urine protein,curative effect and using tripterygium wilfordii adverse reactions in group A and group B were compared.Results After treatment,the patients of group A and B with blood β-MG,24 hour quantitative urine protein was significantly lower than that in control group(P 0.05);but in the group A and group B,the difference was no statistically significant(P 0.05).The total effective rate was 81.8% in group A and 86.4% in group B,the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).The total effective rate was 63.6% in control group,significantly less than group A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The tripterygium wilfordii adverse reaction rate of group A was 36.4%,much higher than 13.6% of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The invigorating kidney,clearing and activating blood decoction can obviously reduce tripterygium wilfordii adverse reactions,both joint curative effect is distinct,and has a good clinical application value.
