Clinical observation and nursing of Mifepristone combined Misoprostol together with complete curettage of uterine cavity in terminating different pregnancy cycle

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of Mifepristone and Misoprostol combined with complete curettage of uterine cavity in terminating different pregnancy cycle.Methods: 356 cases of abortion with 7-16 weeks gestation from January 2007 to October 2009 were divided into two groups.238 cases with 7-10 weeks gestation were divided into observation group A.118 cases with 11-16 weeks gestation were divided into observation group B.All patients were given the treatment of Mifepristone combined Misoprostol together with complete curettage of uterine cavity.The effects were compared between the two groups,and the nursing points were discussed.Results: The rate of entire abortion of observation group A was 97.06%,and observation group B was 96.61%.The difference was no significant(P0.05).There was still no obvious difference between the two groups in abortion time,operation hemorrhage volume and postoperative vaginal bleeding time(P0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of Mifepristone and Misoprostol combined with complete curettage of uterine cavity during 7-16 weeks gestation is obvious and worth popularizing.
