Quality standard of Bushen Zhuanggu capsules

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Bushen Zhuanggu capsules.METHODS Icariine of Bushen Zhuanggu capsules was determined by HPLC, Radix Astragali and Fructus Psoraleae were identified by TLC.RESULTS The average recovery rate was up to 98.55% and RSD was 3.43% .The TLC spots were fairly clear in the developed system,and the blank test showed that other medicines has not interfer with the main one.CONCLUSIONS The results are stable with good reproducibility. This method is reliable,which can be used for quality control of the capsules.
