Abstract
The ethanol extraction process conditions of saponin in process of diosgenin were studied,including extraction temperature,ratio between material and liquid,extraction time and ethanol concentration.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimal conditions were determined: 50℃,the materials-liquid ratio of 1:14,80% ethanol,extraction time of 7 hours,according to the optimized conditions,the average extraction rate could be 91.81%.
