Abstract

The heating backflow method with ethanol was investigated to extract cnidicin from Frutus Cnidii. The extraction conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction solution 75% ethanol, dosage 8 times of reactants, time 1.5 h,temperature 80 ℃.
