Abstract
The experimental study of ethanol from oil tea saponin extraction ultrasonic extraction process was studied,the extraction temperature and extraction time and ratio of material to solvent and other factors on the impact index were explored.Orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimal process conditions were extraction temperature 550 ℃,extraction time 40 min,and ratio of material to solvent 1:4.According to this process,the purity tea saponin can be 72.3%,and the rate was 97.4%.
