Abstract
The progress of the network technology has driven the development of information resources construction of the library,where as the non_standardization of the technical application makes information resources construction of the library developing inharmonious,which brings the difficulty to information resource_sharing of the library.It's the principle of the construction problems to plan and coordinate the construction of the library information resources.
