Effects of "Yiqi Huoxue Decoction" plus western medicine on symptoms and fribrinolysis markers in atrial fibrillation of heart blood stagnation

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction plus western medicine on symptoms and fribrinolysis markers in atrial fibrillation of heart blood stagnation.Methods Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into control group(treated by western therapy) and treatment group(treated by Yiqi Huoxue Decoction plus western medicine).The treatment course was fourteen days for both groups.TCM syndrome scores and fribrinolysis markers were observed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy(P0.05).After treatment,the levels of PAI-1 and t-PA in the treatment group had significant differences with those before treatment,and the difference value of PAI-1 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction plus western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and fribrinolytic system in atrial fibrillation of heart blood stagnation.
