Effect Observation of Qi-Supplementing-and-Yin-Nourishing-and-Blood Circulation-Activating Method with Western Medicine Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:56 patients with diagnosis of chronic congestive heart failure and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of heart failure,syndrome differentiation of yin deficiency of heart blood stasis,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 28 cases in each group,both groups were given western medicine therapy,treatment group patients were given orally Chinese native medicine of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction,they took a dose twice a day for 2 weeks.Results:After 2 weeks,for the treatment group,the total effective rate of improving symptoms was 96.4%,total effective rate of heart function classification was 89.3%;while the control group's data were 89.3% and 71.4%.Comparing the results of two groups,the treatment group was superior to control group at symptoms improvement,heart function classification,6-minute walking test,brain sodium titanium and left ventricular ejection fraction.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction could obviously improve the clinlcal symptoms of patients with chronic congestive heart failure and both Qi and yin deficiency and heart blood stasis.
