Abstract
Objective To explore the operational effectiveness and significance for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by small bone window craniotomy. Methods 70 cases with hypertensive Intracerebral hemorrhage was operated by small bone window craniotomy. Postoperational effectiveness of recent period (1 month) and long period (6 month) was followed-up. Rusults In operational effectiveness, marked progress rate of recent period was 17.1%, effective rate 80.0%, death rate was 18.6%; Marked progress rate of long period was 47.1%, effective rate 74.3%, death rate was 7.1%. Conclusions Small bone window craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is an effective method. It is important to prevent and treat complications and active recovered therapy for prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
