Abstract
Objective:To explore the operational effect and significance of small bone window craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were operated by small bone window craniotomy.Results:The average time from onset to surgery was 6h.In operational effect,marked progress rate of recent period was17.5%,effective rate 79%,and death rate 17.5%.Marked progress rate of long period was 46%,elective rate 72.5%,and death rate 7.5%.Conclusions:Small bone window craniotomy is an effective method for treatmen of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.It is important for prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage to prevent and treat complications and to select the right operation time.
