Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of the small bone window craniotomy for treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:Analyzed the clinical data of the small bone window craniotomy(observation group,n = 56)or standard craniotomy of major bone window(control group,n = 56)for treatment of 112 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2011 to January 2013.Result:The operation time, hospitalization time, rehaemorrhagia rate, complication rate and effect in the observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The small bone window craniotomy for treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has better effect, less trauma and complication,it is worthy to be popularized.
