The Clinical Observation of Ultra-early Small bone Window Craniotomy for Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of ultra-early small bone window craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method: Selected 80 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from Feb.2009 to Jan.2011,They were all treated with ultra-early small bone window craniotomy to remove the hematoma,now the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Result: After 2-3 days,80 patients underwent head CT scans: The hematoma removing rate of 74 cases was more than 90%,tissue pressure reset;6 cases were rebleeding postoperative.Did 0.3-2 years following-up postoperative,basing on GCS score,48 cases recovered well,17 cases were moderate disability,10 cases were severe disability,5 cases died,the mortality rate was 6.2%.Conclusion: The treatment of ultra-early small bone window craniotomy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is complete,incidence of postoperative complications,rebleeding,morbidity and mortality significantly reduced,safe and effective,significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
