Abstract
Aim:Cerebral Infarction is one of important diseases with high morbidity rate, high mortality rate, high disable rate and high recurrent rate. The purpose of this study was to identify the risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods:The clinical data of the first-event cerebral infarction patients were gathered.441 cases were followed up in a year since the first event. The recurrent ischemic strokes were memorized. For the statistical analysis,Logistic regression models were used to calculate which factors contributed to recurrence. Results:The recurrent rate was 13.8%.The main stroke recurrence factors with statistical significance include:age(P=0.002,OR=1.044,95%CI=1.015-1.073),hypertension history(P=0.040,OR=1.944,95%CI=1.032-3.663),FIB(P=0.000,OR=1.932,95%CI=1.386-2.666).Conclusion:The rate of recurrent cerebral infarction is 13.8% within a year.Old age, hypertension history and fibrinogen increasing are the risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction.
