The Analysis of Risk Factors of Recurrence of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction,providing a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods Aspirins were taken by 48 patients with recurrent cerebral infarction(recurrent group) and 124 patients without recurrent cerebral infarction(no recurrent group),200mg per day.After 7～10 days,platelet aggregation rate was tested and the patients of aspirin resistance were detected.Results Single-factor analysis showed that aspirin resistance,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and male were important risk factors for recurrence of cerebral infarction.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the recurrent cerebral infarction was correlated closely with hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and male,and the OR values were 6.981,4.952,2.945 and 2.525,respectively.Conclusion Hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and male are important independent risk factors for recurrence of cerebral infarction.Besides,aspirin resistance maybe an independent risk factor for recurrent cerebral infarction.Controlling these risk factors would be very important for avoiding recurrence of cerebral infarction.
