Clinical effect observation of esomeprazole in treatment of reflux esophagitis

Objective To observe clinical effect of esomeprazole in treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 70 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases of each,the two groups were both applied mosapride treatment,the treatment group received esomeprazole,while the control group was treated with omeprazole,treatment for 4 weeks.Observed the two groups of symptoms alleviated and endoscopic esophagitis healing situation.Results The symptom score of the two groups were lower after treatment,compared with that before treatment was significantly(P0.05).Improvements in treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Symptom remission rate of treatment group was 97.1% higher than 85.7% of control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Healing of endoscopic esophagitis total effective rate was 94.3% higher than 74.3% of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole treatment of reflux esophagitis can achieve significant results,effectively relieve symptoms and promote healing of esophagitis.
