Abstract

Based on the yearly data ranging from 2001 to 2006,this paper employs the Shift-Share Method and analyzes the structure and competitiveness of Guangdong construction industry.Study indicates that the competitiveness of Guangdong construction industry is very weak as a whole,the present industrial structure is unreasonable,and a very slow development of Guangdong construction industry has been caused as a result.
