Empirical Research on Structure and Competitiveness of Construction Industry in Jiangsu Province

Abstract
Based on Shift-Share Method, this paper analyzed the structure and competitiveness shifts of Jiangsu construction industry. The conclusion shows that the competitiveness of Jiangsu construction industry is not strong as a whole, the proportion of Housing industry is high, while the proportion of Building Installation industry and Building Decoration industry is low, thus the competitiveness of Jiangsu construction industry has been restricted.
