The Shift-Share Analysis on the structure competitive power of Guangdong construction industry

Abstract
Based on Shift-Share Method,this paper analyzed in the ownership structure and competitiveness shifts of Guangdong construction industry.The conclusion shows that the competitiveness of Guangdong construction industry is not strong as a whole,the proportion of housing industry and the proportion of building installation industry is low,while and building decoration industry is high,thus the competitiveness of Guangdong construction industry has been restricted,the ownership structure is unreasonable.The paper gives some suggestion on how to adjust the structure of the ownership and trade structure.
