Abstract

The reasons for the difficult employment of the college students are various,one of which is the college students′ employability.Based on a review of related literatures about the employability and its components,the paper puts forward the composition of the college students′ employability.And it investigates and analyses the college graduates′ employability in some universities in Fuzhou City.It finally proposes some countermeasures on how to improve the college students′ employability.
