Abstract
Subway engineering in the city will be the future development trend. Shallow buried tunnel construction in the soil layer with existing buildings is the key of the quality of the subway tunnel. The study on the quality control and deformation law of subway construction under the existing building has important practical science value. The tunnel of Xi'an subway line 2 which through the pedestrian bridge in Xiaozhai district as an example in the paper, Through effective construction quality control measures ensure the construction process of the subway tunnel construction under the existing building and the operation safety. The study on the sinking law of soil layer provides a reference for the design and construction of subway.
