Balance of Legal Interests and Guarantee of Labor Rights:Ideas of Modern Labor Law and Its Implementation

Abstract

In market economy,employees are in a disadvantaged position in their rela- tionship to the employers.The contracts signed by both sides actually conceal the inequality in a legal form.Modem labor law must restrict and regulate the employers'exploitative be- haviour,safeguard the employees'lawful interests and rights by setting up such supporting systems as minimum wage,supervision of labor use and so on.
