Labor Contract Law:The Important Law of Constructing Harmonious Labor Relationship

Abstract

Labor Contract Law inherits the basic frame of labor contract system from Labor Law,and becomes more standard and perfect,the application of which is wider and more suitable for our national situation.It is an important law which can coordinate labor relationship and protect laborers' legitimate rights and interests,and provide clear legal base for the construction of developing harmonious labor relationship.
