Abstract
This article, by means of comparative poetry, narrates the influence of medio-translation on the Chinese new poetry movement: the old classical language is deconstructed, the new vernacular language is constructed, and great changes have happened to the new poetry with wider subjects, more flexible forms, and richer aesthetics, etc. These prove that medio-translation plays an important role in intercultural communication.
