Abstract
As one of the earliest form of arts, poetry highly condenses and reflects all sides of life of the time. The study and translation of poetry help cultural communication between countries. However, the translation of Chinese poetry is quite different from the other translating practice, which needs translators to take more aesthetic thought and value into consideration. The aesthetics can be represented from the elements of translation and their relations, the comparison and application of specific language in poetry, and the comparison and transformation of different cultures etc.,so that the cultural meaning and taste of the original poems can be maintained.
