The Translation of Foreign Poetry and the Innovation of the Styles of Chinese Modern Poetry

The translation of foreign poetry is helpful to the innovation of the styles of Chinese modern poetry in terms of coinage,syntactic and expressive improvements,and introduction of new forms and creation of new forms.The paper analyses the stylistic characteristics and the cultural attributes of the new styles of Chinese modern poetry under the influence of foreign poetry translation,and concludes that the translation of foreign poetry plays an important role in innovating the styles of Chinese modern poetry.
