Abstract

A close correlation exists between discipline culture and discipline construction.Discipline culture, formed in the course of discipline construction and development, is a cultural system with management as its purpose and with a capacity for effective guidance in discipline construction. It is also a theoretical and managerial system of discipline construction with culture as its content and means.
