Abstract
The Discipline Concept is the premise and foundation to guide the disciplin development of colleges and universities.Different Discipline Concepts have different practice of acts in the disciplin development of colleges and universities.Discipline should be based on knowledge to promote the development of knowledge and innovation,academic are very important roles in discipline creation and development,and disciplines are also asked to follow their own laws.Discipline development of colleges and universities should establish a correct discipline concept,create a favorable environment and build a mechanism for discipline evaluation.
