Sequential Dialysis in Prevention of Hemodialysis Associated Hypotension Effect Observation

Objective To observe the sequential dialysis in prevention of hemodialysis associated hypotension clinical effect.Methods In our hospital from 2010 March to 2012 March 66 cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into two groups,patients in control group were treated with conventional dialysis treatment,while the observation group were treated with sequential dialysis treatment,observation of two methods on hemodialysis related hypotension effects.Results The two groups of analysis,was observed in the group of patients on hemodialysis related hypotension incidence was significantly lower than that in the control group of patients on hemodialysis related hypotension incidence,compared with the obvious differences(P0.01),statistically meaningful.Conclusion For patients with chronic renal failure and adopt sequential dialysis method can effectively prevent the blood dialysis related hypotension.
