Abstract
Objective: To observe the intervention effect of the sequential therapy of hemodialysis combined with simple ultrafiltration on hypotension in the process of hemodialysis. Methods: 40 cases of hemodialysis patients from January 2009 to November 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group with sequential therapy of hemodialysis combined with simple ultrafiltration, and the control group with conventional hemodialysis.Blood pressure, clinical symptoms, and ultrafiltration volume were monitored and compared during hemodialysis for two groups of patients. Results: The average level of hypotension in the group of sequential therapy was [(98±9)/(56±7)] mmHg,which was higher than that in the control group [(85±21)/(55±8)] mmHg,while the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).Hypotension incidence in the group of sequential therapy was 6.3%,which was lower than that in conventional dialysis group(15.7%)(P0.05).And above all,its dialysis adequacy did not reduced. Conclusion: Sequential therapy of hemodialysis combined with simple ultrafiltration can keep blood dynamics stability in the process of hemodialysis, which can effectively reduce the incidence of dialysis hypotension and improve hemodialysis efficiency.
