Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical symptoms in patients with hypotension during hemodialysis, and to analyze the causes and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods Data of 170hemodialysis patients were investigated and analyzed to compare the physiological indicators between patients with hemodialysis-associated hypotension and patients without hemodialysis-associated hypotension. In addition, the causes of hemodialysis-associated hypotension were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward. Results Hemodialysis was performed 10 200times in the 170patients,including 918times in the 66patients with hemodialysis-associated hypotension. The causes of hemodialysis-associated hypotension mainly included the deficiency of circulating blood volume, cardiogenic hypotension, and eating during dialysis.Compared with patients with hemodialysis-associated hypotension, the heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure and body weight gain significantly increased in patients without hemodialysisassociated hypotension. Conclusion The incidence of hemodialysis-associated hypotension is high and its clinical symptoms and causes vary among different patients.Foresight nursing should be strengthened and scientific and reasonable measures should be taken to improve the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis.
