Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of sodium dialysis on maintenance hemodialysis patients with dialysis-related hypotension.Method Total 34 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomized divided into two kinds of modes, the conventional dialysis(CHD) and sodium dialysis(PHD),each mode dialyzed 510 times, respectively. The cases of having hypotension symptoms were compared. Results The incidence of hypotension in CHD and PHD were(12.8±0.4)% and(5.3±0.2)%,respectively,the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.01).Conclusion Sodium dialysis can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension in the maintenance hemodialysis patients, and improve the hemoialysis tolerance.
