Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of clinical application of transabdominal sonography (TAS) and transvaginal sonography (TVS) in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods:The clinical data of 112 cases (TAS and TVS) with ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The ultrasound findings and the diagnosis results were also contrasted. Results:The ultrasound findings (adnexal masses, germ, primitive heart beat, pelvic effusion, false gestational sac) showed that the positive rate of group TVS was higher than that of group TAS (P0.05).The diagnostic accordance rate was 97.32% with TVS and 73.21% with TAS(P0.05).The former was higher. Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasonography has significant value for the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.
