Results There are three different kinds of acoustic images in different phases. The results showed that diagnosed as ectopic pregnacy 42 with TAS,and 52 with TVS ;and the rates of accordance were 77.8% and 96.3%,respectively. Conclusions The results showed that TVS is superior to TAS in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and it is a simple, effective and first-choice method in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
