Effect Observation of High Quality Nursing Service Model in Advanced Gastric Cancer Patients with Pain

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service model in advanced gastric cancer.Methods 200 cases of advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from June 2010 to July 2012 were selected as the research object,according to the presence or absence of developing high quality nursing service were divided into observation group(n = 100) and control group(n = 100),patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were observed in high quality nursing service model under the guidance of nursing interventions for the care,patients with pain,the based nursing qualification rate,and the nursing service satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results The results of the control group patients pain levels were significantly higher than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05),the patients in the observation group based nursing qualification rate(99.00%) and patients toward nursing service satisfaction rate(98.00%) were higher than those of the control group of patients(91.00%,87.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions Quality nursing interventions improve patient pain,improve the prognosis of the patients,which is worth popularizing.
