Abstract

For the determination of Dehydroacetic Acid in food, reversed phase C18 column was used and mobile phase was 45 % CH3OH、0.01mol/LNa2HPO4 (pH2.1-2.5) with photodiode array detecter at 310 nm. The RSD was 0.40 and the recovery rate was 98.9 %-100.0 %.
