Abstract
A quantitive assay for the determination of Kojic acid(KA) content in food was established using LC-MS-MS.The samples were separated on a ZOBAX-XDB C18 column using methanol-Na2HPO4(0.005 mol/L) as mobile phase(5:95).The linear range of the method was 1.00~100 μg/mL and the average recovery was up 85%.The ESI mass spectrometry ion source,solvent-removing temperature, ionization voltage, solvent removal gas flow, cone gas flow, monitoring mode, quantitative ion,and collision energy were the positive ionization source,350 ℃,25 V,500 L/h,50 L/h,multiple reaction monitoring(multiplereaction monitoring,MRM) mode,142.8/68.2,20v,142.8/96.4,and 15 V,respectively.
