Reform the salary system. Carry out performance examining plans. Dispatch the nurses hierarchically. Expand nursing service content. Change arrangement mode,set the nurse station forward,and carries out bedside working system. Results Nurses increased their work enthusiasm, raised their working efficiency,and promoted their nursing service quality and degree of satisfaction,Which reinforced the knowledge of nursing work and content ofhigh quality nursing. Conclusion The implement ofhigh quality nursingprovided high quality service to the patients,smoothed the nurse-patient relationship,which was a great step in nursing reform.
