Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of self-prescribed decoction of activating blood circulation and reducing lipid on hyperlipemia. Methods:100 cases of hyperlipemia were randomized into control group and treatment group. In treatment group(60 cases),decoction of activating blood circulation and reducing lipid was administrated,in control group(40 cases),Xue Zhi Kang Capsule(capsule for blood lipid reducing)was administrated. After treated for 12 weeks, the clinical therapeutic effect, blood lipid level(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),apolipoprotein(Apo A-I,Apo B)and safety index were observed in two groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and was 85.0% in control group, indicating non-significant difference in comparison(P0.05). The outcomes of reducing TC,Apor B and increasing Apo A-I in treatment group were superior to those in control group, presenting significant difference(P0.05,P0.01). The comparison of symptomatic therapeutic effect and symptom integrals presented significant difference before and after treatment in two groups(P0.01). Conclusion:Decoction of activating blood circulation and reducing lipid improves blood lipid metabolism remarkably and presents definite therapeutic effect and safety in application.
